Lauren Joan Bacall, Betty Joan Perske, "Baby"- Wife of Humphrey Bogart. Actress and Mother. She received a Golden Globe Award and an Academy Award nomination. In 2009. she received an Academy Honorary Award from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Cause of death: Massive stroke.
